Blossom Ozurumba

Innovation Advisor – Research Technology and Innovation NNPC LTD
Blossom Ozurumba is a highly accomplished Innovation Leader with extensive experience in design thinking and customer experience. She has a proven track record of delivering user-centered values and outcomes, making her an asset to any organization. Currently, Blossom serves as an Innovation Advisor at NNPC Limited, where she provides high-level counsel and advisory to the Chief Innovation Officer.

Blossom played a pivotal role in the product delivery of the pioneer Patent and Trademark for NNPC Limited. Her efforts resulted in the successful launch of NNPC - BIFA (Bi-fuel autorickshaw) ™, a Bi-Fuel Conversion Kit valued at $2,000,000.00. She provided product management advisory towards the delivery of a proprietary Innovation Management Software, nnpcinnov8, which has over 7,000 users with about 35% active usage across NNPC Limited.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Blossom is a multitalented individual with a passion for language and culture. She freelances as an Igbo language enthusiast and is the founding curator of the Igbo Wikimedians User Group. Blossom also hosts the Igbo Language Podcast, Igbo Proverbs, Idioms, and Phrases, which ranked in the top 50% of all Buzzsprout podcasts with a staggering 694 downloads across 37 countries in 2022. Blossom holds a degree in Environmental Management from Coventry University, England, and is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Degree in Business Analytics. As a parent to two teenagers, Blossom understands the importance of embracing a curious mind and abandoning limiting thoughts. Favour Femi-Oyewole

Global Chief Information Security Officer and DPO Access Bank PLC
Favour Femi-Oyewole is the Group Chief Information Security Officer (GCISO) at Access Bank Plc. She has over 24 years of experience managing all aspects of Information Technology, with a focus on Enterprise IT Security, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Data Protection. Favour is a Fellow of the British Computer Society, The Chartered Institute for IT, and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultant. She is also the first female in Africa to be a Blockchain Certified Professional.

Favour has an extensive list of certifications, including being a Cisco Certified Security Professional, Checkpoint Security Administrator, COBIT 5 Assessor certified in Africa, Certified Chief Information Security Officer, Certified ISO 27001 Lead Implementer and Lead Auditor, and Certified ISO 22301 Lead Auditor. She has won numerous awards for her work in the field, including the Global Certified CISO (C|CISO) of the Year 2017 from the EC-Council in the USA, Information Security woman of the Year 2021 in Nigeria, and Top 10 Cybersecurity Leader in the US in 2022.

Favour's background in Information Technology, Enterprise Information Security, Operational Risk, Compliance, Data Protection, and Cybersecurity has made her an expert in resolving complex IT security and Cybersecurity issues. She is versatile in designing and managing security implementations, standards, risk assessment, system-related security management and reviews, information security and Cybersecurity awareness training, IT Risk, IT Governance, and Business Continuity Planning.

Chiaka Ben-Obi

Group Lead, Digital & Innovation Support Group, FIRS, Sheleadstech Ambassador and Recipient of ISACA 2023 Humanity for Technology Award
Chiaka is the Group Lead, Digital & Innovation Support Group, where she is steering the digital transformation journey of FIRS, in-line with current trends and taxation of the digital economy.

Prior to her appointment as the Group Lead, Digital and Innovation Support Group, She was the Pioneer Director, Change Management Department, and has held Director positions in various capacities: Modernisation Department, Programme Management Office, State Coordinator for Abia, Ebonyi and Enugu States and Compliance Research and Intelligence Department. She was seconded to the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment in May 2017 to May 2019 as a Technical Advisor to the Honourable Minister. She has over 30 years’ experience, cutting across sectors and has been in Senior/Executive Management positions for nearly 20 years. Chiaka is dedicated to continuous process reengineering and improvement in the face of rapidly evolving and changing markets.

Chiaka holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Political Science and Public Administration from University of Maiduguri, Nigeria; an MBA from University of Hull, United Kingdom; a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Systems Development from London Guildhall University, United Kingdom; and an alumnae of the Lagos Business School.

IT Risk & Compliance Lead| Central Bank of Nigeria.
Nsuki heads the IT Risk & Compliance Management team in the IT Department of Central Bank of Nigeria. An Assistant Director, she has over 18 years’ experience in managing key business relationships, implementing enterprise-wide platforms, web-based services across sectors (private, international and government). Her work experience spans enterprise architecture, IT project management, business systems, GRC, technology strategy. Nsuki holds certifications in project management, finance and technology, a first degree in Computer Science rom University of Uyo and an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. Her ISACA credentials include CRISC, CDPSE, CGEIT.

Onyeche E. Agbiti-Douglas

Onyeche Elisabeth Agbiti-Douglas, a professional do-gooder, has close to two decades international experience working in Communication and Project Management, with the last 11 years being in the development and humanitarian space in Nigeria. She has three degrees, as well as an a professional certification in Project Management and is the co-author of a book. She is currently the Project Manager of the BRAVE Women Nigeria Project at the Bank of Industry.

Hollee Mangrum-Willis is a non-profit leader with twenty years experience in program development, training, public speaking, and engagement strategies. Rooted in youth program management, arts, and entertainment, Hollee’s non-linear path includes Youth Work Methods Trainer certification and a twenty-year career as a dance educator. As a proud graduate of Wellesley College, an all-women’s institution of higher learning, she is attuned to the plight of marginalized populations and excited to apply her expertise to shifting the culture of how we address and sustain diversity in the cybersecurity workforce and make the digital world more accessible to everyone.
