As a former Army officer with over 28 years of professional experience, Mark has a wide array of industry experience including government, health care, finance/banking, manufacturing, and technology services. He has held roles spanning from CIO to IT consulting and is considered a thought leader in frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, ITIL and multiple ISO standards. Mark routinely speaks at US and international conferences and earned the ISACA John Kuyers award twice for Best Speaker/Conference contributor of the year. Mark also holds the CGEIT (Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT) and CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control) certifications.
Mrs. Ifueko M. Omoigui Okauru is the Managing Partner of Compliance Professionals Plc. (CPP) – A corporate entity whose business includes providing support to individuals and organizations to ensure compliance with rules and regulations including the Nigerian Code of Corporate Governance 2018. She is also the founder of ReStraL Ltd., (a Leadership and Management services organisation), a sister company to Compliance Plc. ReStraL Ltd owns the Franklin Covey license in Nigeria and English-speaking West Africa and drives the business through the Franklin Covey Anglophone West Africa (FCAWA) business unit comprising FC Corporate and FC Education. A holder of a doctorate degree in Geography and Planning from the University of Lagos, Dr. Olatunji hails from Ekiti State. He is a Certified Public Private Partnership Specialist (IP3 Specialist) and a PECB Certified Data Protection Officer. He has worked in the public sector for almost 30 years thereby acquiring practical proficiency and a thorough understanding of government operations in Nigeria and other countries. He brings on board significant experience in team building, research activities, policy development and strategic planning on various development initiatives across the three tiers of government in Nigeria. He equally offers significant capability in the delivery of high-value outcomes as a skilled negotiator, social networker and public speaker whose personal focus is on working with teams and individuals to maximize economic potential.
