Gloria McArthur-Okoh, an Information Technology enthusiast and specialist with over two (2) decade experience in the Information Technology space; software assurance, development, database optimization, analytic and problem-solving skills to mention a few. She is a certified change management practitioner (CCMP). She also has the COBIT 2019 Foundation, ITIL V4 Foundation and Certified Test Analyst credentials and other requisite training in systems development, database administration, Software quality assurance, project management, Business Analysis, CGEIT, Budget planning .
She has worked as database Administrator, developer, Test Analyst, Change Practitioner for the various organizations ike Megatech Software Ltd, First Bank of Nigeria Plc. She is presently a Deputy Manager with NNPC as Head, Applications Support, her unit is responsible for ensuring there is no downtime with the organization’s applications and provide support for users when there is a challenge with any application they are working with.
Gloria has a passion for team building, problem solving, critical reasoning, coaching & mentoring others to be always their best and developing great solutions that ensures performance excellence and personal effectiveness.
She is currently the Treasurer for the ISACA Abuja Chapter.
She holds a B.Sc (Hons) degree in Computer Science from the University of Benin and a PGC in Advanced Information Technology and Business Management from the University of Wales.
